Ribs and Rumps Fortitude Valley is looking for well presented, team-oriented and customer focused Waiters to join their team.

About the role

You provide outstanding service and are responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with us, every time.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Setting tables including polishing cutlery;
• Taking customer orders and generating sales;
• General waiting duties of both food and/or beverage;
• Processing customer payments;
• Clearing and wiping tables.

We are looking for an experienced Waiter with:

• A pro-active, positive and energetic attitude;
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service;
• Ability to work in a high volume restaurant;
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate;
• Experience using POS systems.
